We try covering all the bases in the FAQ sections on our support pages. This can often be the fastest answer.

If we missed something, you can use the support form at the bottom of the appropriate support page. We do our best to respond within 24 hours — excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

  • Activation Link Support — if you do not receive your activation link within an hour of placing your order (or subscribing to a free membership)
  • Migration Request — if you ordered prior to July 6, 2015 and need to download it again (only if you have not already requested migration)
  • Video Support — for issues related to video downloading, including how to access your downloads
  • General Support — for any other issues
